Ryan, when two different trait are used, they are randomly grouped. In the simulations, the peas pair the two different genes aA over Bb, with a corresponding to B. In the real deal, it is random. The gens aB would pair with something else like AB. AB would not exist in the sim, but would in real life.

Begginning Pairs
Aa aa
Bb bb
Simulation (Original Thoughts) Real Life
